Skywords 계정 및 데이터 삭제

Skywords 계정과 연결된 학습 기록을 삭제하려면 다음 방법 중 하나를 사용하세요.

1. 앱에서 즉시 삭제: 로그인 후 프로필 → 계정과 동기화 → 계정과 서버 기록 삭제를 선택합니다. Firebase Authentication 계정과 연결된 서버 학습 데이터를 삭제합니다.
2. 앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우: 로그인에 사용한 Google 계정의 이메일에서 santana.qwait@gmail.com로 “Skywords Account Deletion Request”라는 제목의 요청을 보내세요. 계정 소유를 확인한 뒤 삭제를 처리합니다.

삭제 시 Firebase Authentication 계정, Firestore 학습 기록, 신고, 구매 연결 정보 및 활성 서버 세션을 삭제합니다. 법적 의무가 없는 한 별도 백업을 보관하지 않습니다. Google Play 또는 Google 계정 자체는 삭제되지 않습니다.

English: Delete immediately in the app under Profile → Account & sync → Delete account and cloud data. If you cannot access the app, email santana.qwait@gmail.com from the Google account used to sign in. We will verify ownership before deleting the Skywords Firebase account and associated cloud data. Your Google Account and Google Play account are not deleted.
